RazielEven though MLC had an impressive win over FPSL to get to the Finals, an unfortunate internet D/C left them in a 5v6 in match 2 allowing FM to secure the win.
After a strong showing from Melee Creeps against FPS Lounge where they were favored to lose but still won, hype was in the air for tonight's NS which unfortunately ended in a very anticlimactic way.
Game 1: Floormen claw their way to victory
Floormen managed to win the first game against Melee Creeps, but it was a long and hard fought battle. Melee Creeps manage to keep the souls and kills even until late until the game, where Melee Creeps managed to lose a contest over Mid Boss, wildly swinging the game into Floormen's favor which secured them the win.
This game was an interesting watch because both teams played very defensively until late game. Four Walkers, two on each team, were up 30 minutes into the match. The first Walker fell around the 20 minute mark on Melee Creep's side, and it took another 5 minutes for the first Walker on Floormen's side to fall. Traditionally, Walkers will begin to fall around the 13 minute mark.
DMB's 
Warden took MVP for this match going 4/3/13 with 19k objective damage, followed closely by League's 
Pocket that went 3/1/12 with 18k objective damage. While League's Pocket wasn't the best played of the night (that goes to eidorian against FPS Lounge), Pocket remains to be a wrecking ball of damage and heal stops. For Melee Creeps, dew had a strong showing on 
Shiv, going 8/1/4 with 34k player damage with good support from eidorian's 
Grey Talon's Spirit Owl and Scout's 
Viscous.
Game 2: Floormen wins by default
Despite a controversial draft from Melee Creeps going into game six, banning Pocket then first picking 
Mirage which opened up Floormen to snag top tier heroes 
Bebop and 
The Doorman, Melee Creeps managed to keep the game fairly even until eidorian disconnected due to internet issues around the 20 minute mark and was unable to return.
Due to it being a 5v6 for the remainder of the game, Floormen won by default.
