DLNS NA #39 preview: Roster changes shaking the NA scene

NewsComrade Josévor 2 Stunden

MLC seem to be tired of losing to Floormen and decide to make changes. Will that be enough to challenge the hot team on the NA scene?

The DLNS NA #39 started with FPS Lounge winning the qualifier stage 2-1 against Chubby Bunnies. The first game was a very even battle where LordNM’s Pocket and Braden’s Warden managed to carry. But in the next two games, FPS Lounge proved to be the better team, and with a great performance from LOMEIN’s Mina, they qualified for today’s challenger match against Melee Creeps. Poppers, the new addition to the team, performed very well – especially with his Shiv – and seems to be on the same page as the team.

MLC vs FPS Lounge

Both teams made roster changes recently. MLC dropped Scout and will play with Ranger, who is their coach. The players don’t play in the same roles: Scout is a flex player, while Ranger is known as a support player. So it’s not clear how the team will perform after the change.

On the other hand, FPS Lounge is in their second week with Poppers, who joined after the departure of Erebus. Last week they won against Bird with Clock but lost to MLC in the Challenger Bracket.

It remains to be seen if the change will work for MLC. If the game follows the same pattern as last week, they may have a good chance of winning. They know the path – but how will the changes interfere?

Floormen

Once again, Floormen reign at the top and wait for the next challenger. Last week, even luck was on their side, with eidorian unable to reconnect for the second game due to internet problems. However, before the disconnection, MLC was managing to keep the game under control and fairly close. So, did they find the answer to playing against the best NA team of the last few weeks?
